Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, become part of our vibrant HR team, based in our Geneva office. Join us in this exciting position where your skills in managing a business portfolio and contributing to the success of our organization will shine. You will collaborate with teams to make a meaningful impact and have a chance to take ownership of your projects. You will report to the HR Lead Switzerland.

You will join us for an 8-month contract with potential for a permanent role.

Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

Performance Review Process: Manage the year-end performance review process. Provide guidance on performance evaluations, facilitate peer group discussions, and ensure a fair and transparent assessment.

Salary Review Process: Guide managers through the salary review process. Help them understand our compensation philosophy and internal considerations. Provide analysis and recommendations, coordinate all steps, including planning, approval, and communication.

Strategic Partnership: Cultivate relationships with the Heads and Managers of the department you will be assigned to. Engage with them to understand team dynamics, challenges, and needs to act as a strategic partner.

Employee Engagement: Collaborate with fellow HR Business Partners and the HR team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR processes and the employee experience.

Qualifications

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in an international environment

Proven experience in performance and compensation management

Very good understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations

Ability to exercise effective judgement, analytical spirit and creativity to support our people as needs and situations change

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels

You like to take ownership, create and contribute actively to the current topics and projects

You embrace change and adapt to evolving circumstances

You are a team player, who thrive in an international and creative environment that enjoys to share a joke and hold a friendly conversation

Fluency in English, French proficiency is a plus
