Are you passionate about forging meaningful partnerships and driving business growth? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and the conversion of leads into long-term, sustainable partnerships. Your primary objective will be to cultivate relationships built on trust and mutual benefit.

Your Tasks

  • Acquisition and reactivation of new clients, converting leads and nurturing relationships with prospects.
  • Providing guidance and support in selecting and implementing our specialized digital solutions (e.g., publication, sourcing, employer branding, programmatic).
  • Engaging in regular prospecting activities and interactions (e.g., calls, video conferences, product demonstrations).
  • Creating, monitoring, and reporting opportunities within the CRM system (Salesforce), from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the excellence of JobCloud's customer service and brand reputation in the market.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitors to ensure competitiveness.
  • Occasionally participating in special projects.

Your skills

  • Demonstrated professional experience in client acquisition within a B2B context.
  • Experience in digital marketing, retail, recruitment, media, or providing consultancy services to SMEs.
  • Proficiency and authorization in utilizing digital technologies and managing multi-channel relationships.
  • Customer-focused with a strong emphasis on delivering solutions and results.
  • Team-oriented mindset, leading by example with agility.
  • Positive, proactive, and ambitious personality.
  • Fluent in French with mandatory good oral and written proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

  • Considering the experience, we are looking for this position, a reasonable salary range for a 100% position is between CHF 72'000 and 82,000.
