The Manufacturing Assistant supports the CMC development activities of the Drug Product process development group within Technical Operations by performing in house experiments and manufacturing activities. He/she acts as a Facility & Equipment management specialist to establish and maintain proper work conditions for the manufacturing team. His/her responsibilities include equipment installation and maintenance, monitoring of environment and alarms, management of data and documentation in the ELN system and maintenance of inventories. Key Responsibilities

• Vaccine process development and manufacturing, including (but not limited to): peptide solubilization, liposomes preparation by ethanol injection, peptide insertion, UFDF
• Management of data and documentation in the ELN and/or Veeva systems

(experimental protocols and reports, batch records, SOP/WI)

• Lab organization, equipment maintenance contact person
• Maintain inventory of materials and orders, manage waste material

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Manufacturing Technician degree or MSc in Material or Life Sciences
• Has experience in the pharmaceutical industry (drug substance and/or drug product manufacturing)
• Experience with equipment installation, qualification, and maintenance
• Experience with nano-formulations (liposomes) or peptide formulations would be an asset. Personal features should include:
