Responsible for the entire event management of internal sales meetings. From planning to implementation (digital, physical, hybrid)
Planning, developing and managing generic event material and infrastructure
Support the Partnership- and Visual Merchandising Lead in implementing, optimizing and evaluating POE activations

Basic commercial education or Studies in the filed of marketing communications, trade marketing and events
Extensive experience in leadership, project & event management
At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the outdoor industry
Being able to operate independently and think strategically
Fluent in English and German (written & spoken), every other language is a plus
Understands and thrives in an international organization
Ability to interface constructively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong team player and strong organizational skills
Very good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and think creatively, solution-oriented
