Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant (based in Lucerne)
Your Role As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant at GWF, you play a crucial role in transforming our business technology solutions in Dynamics 365. Join a team that leads Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, shaping the future of digital practices in the flow control space and beyond. Responsibilities
Demonstrate expertise in D365 functional areas, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Power Platform Apps
Experience in setting and parametrizing D365 modules, showing a deeper understanding of their interdependencies from a functional process and also technical implementation perspective
Ensure the quality of project deliverables, showcasing proficiency in system and functional testing
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, contributing to design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting phases
Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements, ensuring expectations align with deliverables
Act as the interface between functional requirements and development initiatives, by owning functional specifications and being able to translate them into developer’s language
Support the development team during design sessions, comprehending business problems, and implementing solutions through in-platform configuration
Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, offering guidance in Supply Chain and Finance
Promote the understanding of D365 standard processes and help minimize technical debt while instilling best practices in the business processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a preference for a Master’s degree
Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications
5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services/consulting firm
Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical acumen
Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and German
