Fluent in German and English

Experience in Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, CISCO, Sophos, M365, call center solution (preferably GenesysCloud) and workplace/endpoint management

Professional experience in a comparable working environment

Experience with apprentices, federally recognized certificate for vocational trainers would be an asset
