Product Marketing Manager

Beekeeper is a fast growing SaaS company that is disrupting the way 2 billion people working “out in the field” communicate within their companies. The Product Marketing Manager will be part of a high-energy team that drives go-to-market strategy to accelerate bookings growth and customer retention. This person is responsible for creating product and solutions content that fosters engagement and builds opportunity pipeline/closing opportunities, developing and maintaining sales enablement tools, gathering, and organizing market / competitive intelligence, and analyzing data to note trends.


As a Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and inform about target buyers, positioning of Beekeeper’s product - the Frontline Success System, solutions, offerings, and use cases. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and will be a key member within the product marketing team that interacts with growth marketing - field marketing, customer marketing, and demand generation, and content/design strategy, as well frequent collaboration with external team members in product management, sales, customer success. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and solid writing skills are crucial for this role.

Your Responsibilities



  • Product Positioning –  Prepare and implement go-to-market plans for new product features and packages. Develop positioning & messaging to ensure that feature releases and packages are well received by customers and prospects, leading to high usage. Develop messages to translate technology functionality into business use cases, benefits, and industry solutions. Help to develop briefs, positioning, content, playbooks, enablement materials by audience. 

  • Content Creation and Demand Generation – Support content development such as data sheets and solution briefs, web and SEO content, long-form gated assets like eBooks, whitepapers and reports, and help center articles to reflect the best positioning of products and solutions for the audience; support and manage localization of content and assets for regional use.

  • Sales/Customer Success Support and Enablement – Manage product and competitive enablement sessions, including creation, maintenance, and communication of sales tools in the form of presentations, training/tutorial videos, use-case based demo flows, competitor cheat sheets/slides and customer stories. Activities could range from (not limited to) onboarding new sales team members, weekly swarm meetings, sales kick-off sessions, to global company meetings. Support BDRs, AEs, AMs, Customer Success/Onboarding teams with playbooks and product collateral (presentations, in-app promotion, video) to help improve conversions and win rates.

  • Market Intelligence –  Keep up to date on competitive positioning, emerging trends, and technologies through research, customer and prospect insights, and feedback from the field. Regularly share these findings with sales, product, customer success, and marketing teams.

  • Data Analysis – Analyze sales and customer usage data to note impactful trends.

  • Team Ceremonies and Deliverables – Use project management practices and tools like Asana to deliver work, participate in cross-functional and cross-collaborative team meetings. Align work deliverables to prioritize plans and workload to focus on the areas of biggest impact of company rocks and strategic plan.

  • Beekeeper Values and Ambition - Act as the Beekeeper brand ambassador to ensure communications are aligned, consistent, and on brand. Contribute to external activities that help advance our brand and category. 


What we are looking for



  • Ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, goal-oriented and looking to be part of a fast-paced, global organization. Exceptional team player and collaborator who can deliver on the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Quick learner, able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting skills (native or bilingual proficiency in English)

    • Storytelling & presentation skills: Naturally persuasive and know how to formulate winning pitches. Can communicate concisely - less jargon in favor of clarity. 



  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS roles such as product management, product marketing, customer marketing, sales development, sales enablement, or content marketing/development.

    • Proven ability to write and design engaging and inspiring communications, breaking down technical language into easy to understand copywriting

    • Bonus: Experience developing positioning/messaging, taking products to market



  • Software and Tools

    • Working knowledge of image/video editing techniques and digital content development tools (ex: Canva, screenflow, descript, Arcade, Adobe Suite, etc.)

    • Working knowledge of layout design 

    • Working knowledge of working with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Confluence

    • Exposure to product management tools (such as release notes, Figma, ProductBoard, or GItHub).

    • Experience with collaborative work/project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
