Description and Requirements

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to existing customers to promote the value and benefits of our notebook warranties
  • Upselling and renewing warranties on laptops sold by our company
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue by targeting customers with expiring warranties
  • Providing quotes and pricing information to distributors/Partners/customers
  • Addressing customer concerns and objections
  • Processing sales orders and completing necessary documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
  • Understand of Channel business model
  • Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and quotas
  • As required co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs.
  • Participate actively in all review and collaboration meetings with internal sales team, partners & vendors.
  • Communicate to partners on Sales program and drive pipelines

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume inside sales environment
  • Strong business language skills – able to converse and written English, other additional languages will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially on Excel- Pivot, Vlookup etc
  • Prior experience in a warranty renewal or technical sales role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
