To strengthen the Project Engineering Office (PEO) in Winterthur we are seeking a highly committed and passionate personality as:

The main tasks of your role:

  • Subject matter expert for liquified natural gas (LNG) and hydrogen (LH2) applications in the marine environment.
  • Develop pioneering technical solutions for plant engineering and system design of the entire compressor package scope
  • Define, promote, and continuously improve global engineering standards, based on market and product requirements
  • Timely and cost optimized delivery of engineering documents
  • Structured management of the related engineering know-how and training
  • Collaboration with product management and R&D and participation in innovation process
  • Consult application and project engineers during sales and execution phase
  • Identify suppliers for new products and ensure a global supply chain in cooperation with strategic procurement

Your knowledge, experience and skills:

  • Master's degree preferably in mechanical or process engineering, or similar education
  • At least 5 years’ of experience in an international environment, preferably within the marine technology related fields
  • Understanding of the relevant codes, standards and requirements
  • Solid knowledge of plant engineering and construction of rotating equipment.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken is essential, good German language skills are an advantage.
