We are looking for an Order Desk & SCM Professional (100%) for a permanent position.

Your tasks, you…

• are responsible for the overall supply chain management for the CE IT range
• plan and analyze weekly and monthly sales results as well as manage and monitor inventory
• support and backup for Order Desk Management Monitor (LFD, LCD, HTV, LED), weekly sales plans, SELS MA/STO check and proposal
• are responsible for memory availability check, SCM of memory products
• are responsible for display and memory products in the e-store Incl. STO approval
• support general OD tasks as SCM CE IT position (80% SCM, 20% OD)
• communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• prepare various reports, maintain and process data
• support urgent inquiries from Korea in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile, you…

• have a degree in business administration or similar, ideally with further training in SCM
• bring 2-3 years of SCM or logistics experience
• have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• ideally have experience with SAP and CRM
• are fluent in English and German
• have a strong "hands-on mentality" and consider analytical thinking and the preparation of figures to be your strengths
• have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style
• are a proactive, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality, experienced in global settings
