As Head Controlling Exchanges you'll lead a small team and will be the go-to person as well as sparring partner for the Head and Management Team Business Unit Exchanges and support the evolution of the stock exchanges in Switzerland and Spain. 

 

 

What You Will Do

  • work closely with the Business Unit to support and challenge on all matters of financial management 
  • coordinate and execute of closing and planning processes, analyse variances 
  • elaborate, comment and present the monthly financial cockpits 
  • conducting analyses on an ad-hoc basis 
  • further develop and optimize of processes and tools 
  • collaborate in projects 
  • actively participate in shaping the exchanges in Switzerland and Spain 

 

What You Bring

  • master degree in business administration with specialization in the field of accounting and controlling or equivalent 
  • at least 4-6 years of experience in financial management and in-depth knowledge of standard controlling processes such as financial planning (forecast, budget, medium-term planning), deviation analysis and commenting on financial statements 
  • knowledge of financial industry, specifically exchanges 
  • strong communication skills (level-appropriate for communication with top and executive management) 
  • fluent in English, ideally also in German and Spanish 
  • leadership experience is an advantage 
  • experience with SAP BI Reporting (Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud)
