Product Manager, Marketing - Medical Capital Equipment

Your tasks
As the Product Manager you will be responsible for revenue, profit, and market share growth of designated products within the capital equipment business segment. You will focus on executing Go To Market/commercial activities in the U.S. market and requires collaboration with a wide range of people to identify the right Go To Market Strategy and understand market drivers and competitive positioning. You will also work with Global Product Management to ensure future requirements are added to the Backlog for new Products.
Compensation: $90k-$110k* + bonus *Factors include direct applicable experience, geographic location, etc.
How you will impact Belimed and our clients
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and programs to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share growth objectives for Belimed U.S., with a specific focus on capital equipment products
Create strong relationships with cross functional teams including marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and customer advisory panel
Oversee portfolio life cycle of designated Belimed capital equipment and other related 3rd party capital products critical to the success of Belimed’s U.S. business
Work with Global Product Managers to effectively launch new products and phase out products for the U.S. market
Develop and communicate value proposition, pricing, product positioning and promotional strategies
Manage GPO pricing activities specific to product categories
Develop customer targeting and segmentation strategies for portfolio
Provide sales training content and execution for portfolio and related topics
Support sales, service, and other internal customers in the organization to resolve customer needs
Work with Marketing/Communications to define, develop, introduce, and execute product Marketing/Communication plans, including promotional material/sales tools (brochures, CDs, tapes, trade shows, videos, field updates, website, etc.) to build brand recognition and effectively launch new products
Provide customer, market, and competitor knowledge for marketing tactics, new product development, or product refinement
Identify business growth opportunities on a continual basis and work with cross functional teams as well as 3rd parties to bring new products to market through M&A, development, and extensions
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or related field or combination of relevant experience
3 years’ product or marketing management experience with successful commercial launches
High achieving, results oriented, independent thinking, energetic, enthusiastic, self-directed professionals
Strong ability to interpret, communicate, and translate technical concepts for internal and external customers
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical and financial skills
Ability to communicate with and develop strong relationships with customers and partners
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure
Experience in MS Office Suite and ERP systems such as SAP, PowerBI, Salesforce
