What is my function?

  • Coordination of PLCM (Product Life Cycle Management) and changes to GCC (Global Change Control) and Artwork for commercial products.

  • Monitoring changes to Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) in global change management affecting Finished Goods (FG) of a brand in the growth phase.

  • Ensuring alignment of Artwork with technical requirements for production on a packaging line at a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). This includes understanding technical limitations and collaborating with key stakeholders for problem-solving, determining next steps, and risk mitigation.

  • Monitoring process interdependencies across the End-to-End Supply Chain and collaborating with Planning, Regulatory Sciences, and Regulatory CMC.

  • Developing and implementing interdisciplinary project implementation plans for GCC and Artwork.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders such as Master Data Management, Quality, Regulatory CMC, Manufacturing, Serialization, D&L, and Regulatory Sciences.

  • Leading interdisciplinary analyses and promoting process improvement and sustainability for the GCC and Artwork process.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a global Supply Chain, Artwork, or GCC role.

  • Experience in an international and controlled environment is required.

  • Strong GMP/GXP skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of printing technologies, artwork creation software, pre-press activities, and CMO line manufacturing is advantageous.

  • Experience with Supply Chain and LCM tools, preferably: Oracle, TrackWise, Agile PLM.

  • Influencing and negotiation skills to obtain buy-in from various stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field required.

  • Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt certification is advantageous.
