Key Responsibilities:
Regularly update and maintain the company's food delivery platform website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and security.
Monitor website performance and address any technical issues or bugs promptly to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
Collaborate with web developers or designers to implement new features or enhancements to improve the user experience and functionality of the platform.
Provide IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, setting up new equipment, and assisting with software installations.
Manage network systems and ensure data security measures are in place to protect customer information and transaction data.
Conduct regular backups of website data and ensure disaster recovery plans are up to date to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding website updates or IT-related issues, providing timely updates and resolutions.
Utilize Indian language skills (such as Marathi and Punjabi) to communicate with client restaurants and provide web/internet services as needed.
Reach out to client restaurants to register their establishments on the company's website portal, facilitating the onboarding process.
Possess a valid Swiss driving license to travel to client restaurants and provide on-site assistance or support as required.
The candidate must be based in Switzerland (any nationality, any permit) to fulfill the responsibilities of the role effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong experience in website administration and IT support roles, with a proven track record of successful website management and technical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website maintenance tasks.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal, especially in the context of managing a food delivery platform.
Excellent communication skills in both local German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
