As part of our dynamic and agile digital banking team, you'll play a crucial role in: - Conceiving and developing customer journeys and business processes for e-banking and mobile banking. - Collaborating closely with frontline and sales units to analyze and solve banking problems. - Operating and expanding Avaloq backend systems while embracing software engineering principles and DevOps practices. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate: - Basic knowledge of software development, with a keen interest in mastering Avaloq backend. - Curiosity, courage, and a willingness to dive into banking and technical realms. - Passion for tackling challenges and solving problems with independence and structure. - Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication with colleagues across various departments. - Avaloq certification and a pre-existing developer network in financial institutions are definite pluses!
