Lombard Odier group operates its own proprietary banking technology platform which is used by the group but also provided to other private banks and financial institutions through a BPO business model. The Technology & Operations (T&O) department oversees maintaining and developing the platform through the delivery of applicative solutions for the various business divisions of the Bank.

Within the IT Operations (ITOPS) department of Lombard Odier, we oversee maintaining and supporting the platform and all applications, operating changes, reporting and guaranteeing key performance indicators and SLAs.

In the ITOPS governance and project team we are focused on designing processes and roles that help us to excel in a transparent, efficient, and stable operation. The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is a core tool in achieving these objectives. We also help manage transversal projects in the department and help identify governance issues as well scheduling and resource conflicts early.

YOUR MISSION

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize functional requests related to CMDB, estimating effort for effective planning.




• Measure and ensure the quality and accuracy of CMDB data, promoting its adoption across the organization.




• Coordinate closely with teams to ensure smooth collaboration across the CMDB process.




• Provide comprehensive training sessions to empower users with the skills and knowledge required for proficient CMDB utilization and maintenance. Cultivating a culture of expertise, understanding and proficiency within the organization.




• Become an expert in ServiceNow CMDB, (IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM))




• Understand the corporate IT structure, shaping responsibilities related to data and projects.




• Play a key role in overseeing transversal projects, identifying, and managing scheduling challenges.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field




• Good understanding of ITIL processes




• Good global understanding of a complex enterprise IT




• ServiceNow advanced user experience an advantage.




• Analytical and independent problem-solving skills. Capable of managing challenges with minimal assistance.




• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, both ITOM and ITSM.




• Excellent communication and coordination skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.




• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.




• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, experts and external third parties in French and English.




• Hands-on project management experience a plus




• Residence in Switzerland
