Support for Management Accounting vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Contributing to the weekly and monthly close process for Asset- and Net New Money reporting
• Collecting and processing AuM and NNM data into the MIS database for consolidation
• Being responsible for data quality checks and reconciliations of MIS figures
• Creating monthly standard reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Participating in documentation and automation of loading processes
• Providing support to the Management Accounting team regarding further tasks

Your experience/knowledge:

• Professional experience in the back office or in commercial processing or similar experience
• Well-versed with MS-Office tools, especially Excel
• Familiarity with management accounting related IT applications like SAP BO Analysis
• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or an equivalent training or experience
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is beneficial

Your soft skills:

• Proactive team player with excellent communication and reporting skills
• Strong service-orientation, good analytical skills and a flair for figures
