Your tasks

• Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Project Controlling: Oversee cost tracking, monitor project work hours in close collaboration with project leads, and manage invoicing across different project phases.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain project budgets, prepare financial forecasts and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project leads and other team members to ensure financial accuracy and project success.

Your profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (KV background with further finance education also considered)
• Proven experience in accounting, including budgeting and reporting and a strong emphasis on project controlling
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Fluent in English and German
