QA Technician/Engineer (CDD 6 months)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated QA Technician to reinforce the team in Geneva. It is also possible to recruit a QA Engineer.

Main tasks:

• Treatment of Non-Conformities (NC-client / -production) in the document management system (Audros) to push NC closing with proof of root-cause elimination (8D).
• Collect items in quarantine from production and submit NC-production in the system.
• Search for root-causes and elaborate corrective and preventive actions (8D / CAPA).

• Non-conformity solving experience in a regulated industry (rail, automotive,…).
• Manufacturing technologies in the electro-mechanical device domain, from machining, surface-treatment, welding, composite forming, to mechanical sub-assemblies. Reading well mechanical drawing is a must.
• Root-cause analysis, 8D, 5-Why, 6M.
• Continual Improvement PDCA.
• Minimum 5 years of non-conformity treatment experience.
• English (fluent required) and French are both required.
• Auditor is a plus.
