Your responsibilities:

Are you a passionate and experienced Quality & Performance Assessment Engineer with a strong background in Quality and Compliance, ideally with knowledge of the Communication, Navigation & Surveillance domains? Are you willing to play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and excellence within the organization?

  • Leads the production of the Safety Support Assessment deliverables by applying the Conduct Safety Support Assessment Procedure and the use of appropriate methodologies and tools
  • Proactively moderate workshops, foster critical thinking, and be a «translator» between the CM and Subject Matter Experts
  • Deliver high quality safety support case documents & ensure input from stakeholders
  • Ensure Safety Support Requirements are implemented and become part of the Service Specification
  • Ensure monitoring criteria are defined to monitor service in operations vs. service specifications
  • Track & report on CNS quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Profound experience in Quality Management, ideally in the field of CNS
  • Broad understanding of System / software development processes and lifecycle
  • Familiarity with notions of service and service specification in ATM/ANS domain and specifically CNS, as well as with safety and change management processes
  • Ability to analyse systems and their behaviour, and to build arguments and demonstrate compliance to specific regulations in ATM/ANS domain
  • French or German mother tongue, fluent in English (level C1)
