Key Responsibilities
· Peripheral SIS management, LMS (Loyalty Management System), SMD (Station Master Data), E-Fuel Ordering and administration and VISTA (station finder information)
· As required, employ Bootstock management strategies to ensure network hardware is available for deployment
· Ensure Comms coordination from PR> PO start to closure within complete Retail department cycle for current and new projects
· Provide L2 support from an ESO point of view to ensure dealer system issues are speedily resolved.
· Manage and control administrative functions of Retail Business Systems including the complete lifecycle of financial process, from creating purchase requisitions and orders, managing FCA’s, creating assets and closing Investment orders.
· To assist with deployment of all SIS projects:
o New Network Stations – 10 integrated SIS sites + 10 non-integrated sites per year
o Existing Network Stations
§ SIS and SOC (Stock on Consignment) conversions
§ KDR (Knock-Down-Rebuild)
§ Dealers changes
Functions include:
Retail Operating system:
Assist with deployment functions for
Support:
Responsible for maintaining site master data (SMD) including for Total Services App including the extracts of database on request
Manage Retail Business Systems monthly KPI’s
Provide monthly statistics
Keep minutes of monthly status meetings including status reports
To provide 1st line support on our existing payment methods technologies
Administrative functions of Retail Business Systems
