Our client, a 4-star hotel, with over 250 rooms is ideally located in Zurich (Switzerland).

We are looking for a Technical Manager (M/F) to join the team (100% capacity).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational side of the technical service (team of 2 technicians) to offer quality services and products to clients.
• Conduct technical revisions and evaluate the safety and efficiency of the hotel’s physical structures, all mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as other equipment related to hotel operations.
• Handle all routine maintenance operations in public areas, points of sale, and rooms.
• Ensure all repairs, renovations, and replacements are carried out in offices and workspaces of staff members.
• Adhere to all negotiated and agreed purchasing controls and policies: external provider offers, compliance with schedules, and budgetary guidelines.
• Follow security procedures and emergency measures, mandated by the company and regulations, regarding personnel and equipment.
• Implement effective preventative maintenance and energy management programs and organize specific training for other operational departments on the safe and efficient use of energy and equipment within the hotel.
• Coordinate with agencies and institutions regarding actions and obligations related to the safety of property and people, control offices, etc.
• Anticipate and address client issues and establish proactive processes to enhance client satisfaction.

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar field.
• Languages: German and English required.
• Essential practical and theoretical skills: fire safety, heating/cooling, air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, ERP regulations (Public Establishment).

Compensation - Benefits:

• 91,000 CHF per year over 13 months, depending on profile.
