To expand our team in the Business Unit Textile Additives we are looking for a
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 100 %
A challenging and multi-faceted position awaits you in a globally active Swiss SME with international contacts and intensive travel in Europe (approx. 40 %). We work in a multicultural environment and offer a familial atmosphere in a close-knit team with attractive employment conditions.
What you can expect:
_ Acquisition of new customers in strategically defined search fields in the textile industry (brands in clothing, bedding, and technical textiles) and support for existing customers
_ Supporting customers with technical challenges directly or in close cooperation with colleagues from internal Competence Centers
_ Creating and executing the sales budget based on the objectives of BU Textile Additives
_ Developing and carrying out sales action plans and market strategies together with the responsible sales staff of our distributors
_ Implementing the ingredient branding concept with retailers and brand owners
What distinguishes you:
_ A degree in technical textiles (textile engineer, textile technician, or similar)
_ Vocational or further professional training in sales and/or marketing
_ Several years of experience in supporting international brands or in the sale of textile chemicals
_ Market knowledge in the area of clothing, sportswear, and home textiles
_ Excellent English and good knowledge of German; French is an advantage
_ Committed, flexible, cooperative, and motivated personality
