IT Delivery Manager - Documents Management (m,w,d) - 100%, Zürich/Hybrid

Project: For our client in the Insurance field we are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager.

For the implementation phase of a significant project, we seek an individual with extensive experience in document management. This role requires a blend of IT expertise and business acumen. The position is for a 6-month period, commencing immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of document management activities within the project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define document management requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Implement best practices for document creation, storage, retrieval, and version control.
• Manage document repositories and systems, ensuring security, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide strategic guidance on document management strategies and technologies.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document management, with a strong IT background.
• Experience in (international) large-scale projects
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working on international large-scale projects, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical requirements.
