Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for marketing planning and implementation, including strategy development in collaboration with the management and other divisions.
- Planning and executing events and trade shows for the company.
- Managing the social media presence of the company with operational and strategic activities.
- Social Media Management & Content creation (Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube)
- National branding with a focus on customers and employer branding.
- Handling customer surveys/NPS
- Managing internal and external networks and actively collaborating with external agencies.
- Developing and implementing new advertising materials.
- Managing offline marketing materials/advertisements/newsletters
- Planning and monitoring marketing budgets.
- Maintaining, managing, and developing new content for the website.
- Maintaining, managing, and developing the online shop and establishing it.
Your Profile:
- Completed marketing education (must-have)
- Affinity for Social Media Campaigns
- Min 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- (Swiss) German native speaker with very good English skills in both written and spoken communication; knowledge of French or Italian is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Resilient, and self-motivated personality with a hands-on mentality.
- Independent and efficient work style with a very high customer and service orientation.
