Head Pricing Non-Life (all gender) Reinsurance, Full-Time or Part-Time

• As Head Pricing Non-Life, you are responsible for the pricing, the pricing tools & pricing parameters used for the global non-life reinsurance treaty business (except Nat Cat) within Active Reinsurance
• You manage a team of pricing actuaries
• You perform regular reviews of pricing results with actual performance of the portfolio to validate the applied parameters
• You develop and enhance best-in-class tools to be used in pricing of the global Non-Life reinsurance business within Active reinsurance in cooperation with the Development & Operations Team
• You gather market data for the relevant non-life insurance products and participate in client discussions/visits to obtain a better insight into the relevant market specifics
• You report directly to our Head Actuarial Services

• Degree in a quantitative field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or related field), a completed actuarial qualification is a plus
• Solid and proven understanding of the respective insurance and reinsurance products and economics and in pricing & pricing tool development within insurance or reinsurance
• Programming skills and experience in working with databases is an asset
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience
• Leadership experience
• You are fluent in English and  German, any other language is valuable
