As a manufacturing team, our mission is to deliver high-quality products on time to researchers and industry customers around the world. In close collaboration with the development team, we bring new instruments into the series production flow. We also work closely with the sales team to make sure we supply our customers on time and with premium service.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the diagnostics and repair of manufacturing and customer instruments
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting, electronics circuit investigation and PCBA soldering rework
  • Evaluate root cause and propose corrective actions
  • Continuously improve procedures, processes, and work instructions
  • Business process owner for the repair processes in the ERP system
  • Contribute and lead projects
  • Train, coach, and support team members

 Your profile:

  • Technical apprenticeship and HF/FH degree in electrical engineering or electronics
  • 5 years+ experience in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits and EDA tools for circuit design
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills, analytic and solution oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working style
  • Fluent in English, German is nice to have
