Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for an Office Manager for our office in Cham to support our Executive Assistant with the growing workload. You will have a wide range of administrative tasks and will be co-responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing various operational processes and procedures.

Your Job

Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for an Office Manager for our office in Cham to support our Executive Assistant with the growing workload. You will have a wide range of administrative tasks and will be co-responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing various operational processes and procedures.

You will work closely together with our Executive Assistant and Office Manager in the Dutch office on the following:

  • management of office supplies and equipment
  • organization of business activities and inhouse events
  • contact with office cleaning and maintenance
  • maintenance of the representative appearance of the office
  • planning and preparation of meetings
  • organization of travel

You will also support our HR, Finance and Legal teams in the following:

HR:

  • interview process
  • on- and off-boarding of new colleagues
  • HR administration (permits, illness, archiving of employee documents)

Finance:

  • Accounts Payable process
  • payroll administration
  • expense claim cycle
  • placement and administration of Purchase Orders

Legal:

  • KYC process and administration
  • Document management

Who are you

  • Higher educated working and thinking level
  • Relevant experience as an Office Manager, Secretary, Executive Assistant and/or Paralegal
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Willingness to take on a variety and potentially continuously changing set of responsibilities
  • Proactive, flexible, and representative
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to make a long-term commitment
  • Fluently in English and German
