• You will sell, lead and, together with the team, deliver high-impact projects engaging with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients across Development in the life sciences industry.
• You will develop new ideas and propositions to share with clients to secure new and expand existing projects with a focus on Clinical Development as well as other areas of Development.
• In an area which is undergoing significant change, projects typically include the design and implementation of new technologies e.g., Veeva, operating models, digital strategies and ways of working relevant to Clinical Development. This also includes driving business performance through changing culture / mind-sets, improving processes and procedures, benefitting from process automation and enabling insights from advanced analytics and AI. We help clients to drive faster clinical development timelines, exploiting internal and external data through advanced analytics and machine learning, improving quality and compliance amongst many others.
• The role will also work closely with our consulting teams covering other parts of R&D, commercial, market access, supply chain and other functions across the Life Sciences value chain.
• You will work with international clients and we will provide you the opportunity to gain experience working in multicultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a science-related discipline plus at least 6 years' experience working in life sciences focusing on clinical development, either as a consultant or within R&D, manufacturing or commercial at a Life Sciences company.
• In consulting, you will have experience in working on & running projects focused on helping clients design and implement new solutions focused on Clinical Development, with experience in developing new propositions and developing new work. From industry, you will have been exposed to many of the key steps of improving Clinical Development and other related functions across Development.
• You have had exposure to some of the following areas: GCP, data privacy / protection, digital strategy development, operating model design, clinical system design / improvement / maintenance, process improvement, technology implementation and digital & analytics technologies in a GCP regulated environment.
