Working in the Custodian Bank Team as a Custodian Bank Controls Officer within the Operations Unit, your role will be to support the controlling activity of the team based on the Custodian Bank duties and assist the Compliance Sanctions Team by monitoring the payment alerts at the 1st level generated by the Firco-Continuity tool.

The Custodian Bank Team currently consists in 15 employees of which 3 are specifically dedicated to perform the controlling tasks related to the Custodian Bank function. You will join this pole of 3 people.

YOUR ROLE

• Contribute to the regulatory controls for the deposited funds, including the monitoring of the investment policy, the investment restrictions, the net asset value and the use of derivative instruments.

• Administer controls related to the Custodian Bank

• Contribute to Anti Money Laundering controls in support to Compliance unit

• Contribute to risks/fraud controls in support to Risk unit

• Contribute to the monitoring of disclosure obligations (Swiss mandatory disclosure obligations, disclosures requested by issuers…)

• Contribute to issuance of Custodian Bank confirmation letters

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or relevant field 

• Experience working in the banking environment will be an asset

• Experience working in the mutual funds, compliance and/or risks environment will be an asset

• Oral and written proficiency in English and French

• Excellent knowledge of IT MS Office tools

• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
