Responsibilities

As a Cook at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including traditional Saudi cuisine and international meals.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Planning menus in collaboration with the team and accommodating dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Managing kitchen inventory and ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with other staff to provide exceptional service during official events and gatherings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in the culinary field.
2. Good experience in preparing Gulf and Arabic cuisine.
3. Ability to prepare food to a high standard and in appropriate quantities.
4. Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
5. Seriousness, punctuality, and good interpersonal skills.
6. The applicant must currently be residing in Switzerland.
7. A valid Swiss work permit is required.
