Apprenticeship officer DE/EN (Internship)

• Support the people development leader to make Decathlon the best Swiss employer for apprentices in the retail industry

• Guarantee the quality of apprentice experience within Decathlon (induction, welcome week, daily management, link with schools...)

• Support apprenticeship supervisors in best practices  and information sharing (deadlines, legal changes, new developments...)

• Develop, with the support of our Marketing department, public awareness of Decathlon as an apprentice master (open doors, social networks, newspapers, etc.).

•  Answer questions from store managers / apprentice masters if they have any questions and manage administrative tasks
