LDC Methodology and Tools Lead (Basel, English, German)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Drive the development, evolution and operation of methodology and tools throughout the LDC program and ensure their effective utilization across the program.
  • Facilitate the lessons learned management process by capturing, analyzing, and disseminating key insights and best practices.
  • Drive the definition of an operational excellence & automation roadmap, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Own and govern “Approaches” and related trainings / know-how build-up in LDC
  • Drive Compliance & Controls aspects of the methodology partnering with the information security & compliance teams and internal and external assurance / audit partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, IT) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in leading the set-up and evolution of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, plus related compliance & controls aspects
  • Familiarity with LDC projects and processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in driving operational excellence & automation initiatives is a plus.
  • All candidates must provide a Criminal record not older than 3 months.
