Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Process Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will act as the Super User for our automation AutoStore system while also taking ownership of the screening process, ensuring high standards of operational performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
You will serve as a vital link between warehouse operations, system support functions, and process stakeholders. In addition to your specialist responsibilities, you will actively participate in daily warehouse activities such as picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Main responsibilities include:
- Act as the Super User for AutoStore, providing support, training, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvements.
- Own and develop the screening process to ensure efficient order flow, high quality, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support stable system and process performance.
- Actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and continuously improving warehouse environment.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related areas.
- Knowledge of WMS, SAP, automation system, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material flow.
- Interest in automation and continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to combine hands-on operational work with specialist responsibilities.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
