What your impact will be like:
As the Head of Marketing at Exeon Analytics, you will be the strategic architect of our global brand and the engine behind our commercial growth. We’re looking for someone who has built marketing functions in scale-ups (preferably cybersecurity/software), who can roll up their sleeves, build and coach a team, refine processes, closely collaborate with channel and sales, and deliver predictable results. As Head of Marketing, you will be a core member of our Commercial Leadership Team and thus closely collaborate with the Channel and Sales teams. You will contribute to and execute the go-to-market & revenue growth strategy for Exeon Analytics. You will lead a high-performing team to scale our presence across Europe and the Middle East and position our security analytics products as the leading choice for security- and privacy-conscious enterprises.
Key responsibilities
1. Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership

Scale the Brand: Evolve Exeon’s "Swiss-made AI" positioning to differentiate us from global competitors.

Market Expansion: Develop and execute the marketing roadmap for international expansion.

Analyst & PR Relations: Own the relationship with global analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and lead trade media strategy to establish Exeon as a Thought Leader.
2. Revenue & Demand Generation

Pipeline Growth: Drive high-quality lead generation through a mix of performance marketing, webinars, and field events.

ABM Strategy: Oversee our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions, targeting 1:1 and 1:few campaigns for Tier-1 accounts in highly regulated sectors.

Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to create the "collateral that wins"—from technical whitepapers to C-level business cases and ROI calculators.
3. Team & Operational Excellence

Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team.

Data-Driven Culture: Implement, optimize and own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot/CRM) to track KPIs and conversion rates.

Budget Ownership: Manage the global marketing budget with a focus on high-ROI initiatives and scalable growth.

Experience: 8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or Cybersecurity environment. Experience in leading and coaching marketing teams with hiring, training, mentoring and performance management. You build trust, coach your team, but also hold them accountable.

Strategic Mindset: You don't just "do marketing"; you understand the business levers of a scale-up and how marketing impacts the bottom line.

Willingness to execute: In addition to strategic and leadership tasks, you will also be involved in operational activities and drive important initiatives forward.

Technical Fluency: Ability to translate highly sophisticated products into compelling stories for CISOs and security professionals.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the European cybersecurity landscape, including regulations like NIS2, GDPR, and DORA.

Communication: Exceptional storyteller with native/fluent level in English and German (essential for the DACH market).
