Head of Revenue & Client Success Management
We are seeking a commercially driven and technically fluent Head of Revenue & Client Success Management to lead growth at swissQuant serving our wealth management and capital market clients.
swissQuant operates across two core business areas:
- Capital Markets: delivering model validation and risk consulting solutions that support regulatory compliance and competitiveness for clearing houses, exchanges, and market infrastructures
- Wealth Management: providing Private Banks, Independent Asset Managers, and Family Offices with advanced investment advisory and portfolio management solutions, powered by best-in-class risk and optimization engines
This role combines revenue ownership, client success leadership, and hands-on sales execution. You will drive new business, manage strategic accounts, lead RFPs and complex sales cycles, and ensure long-term client value.
You will operate as both a player and a leader, mentoring a small team while remaining deeply involved in deals, client relationships, and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership
- Own and deliver revenue targets (new business + expansion of existing engagements + retention)
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for target segments
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline
- Drive pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
Sales
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing
- Personally manage strategic accounts and high-value opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling client pitches and product demos (in German and English)
- Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs
Client Success & Retention
- Own client satisfaction, retention, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell)
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across client organizations
- Ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realization
- Act as escalation point for key clients
Product & Technical Alignment
- Translate client requirements into product and solution enhancements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, quants, and engineering team
- Leverage strong technical understanding to position:
- Risk models and validation frameworks
- SaaS platforms, APIs, and data integrations
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Define, implement and monitor performance KPIs at personal, clients and business levels
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team across sales, client success and Marketing.
- Establish best practices for pipeline management, account management, and client engagement
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
Must haves:
- 15+ years of sales experience in:
- FinTech, SaaS, or capital markets technology
- Revenue leadership, enterprise sales, or client success
- Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue targets
Experience working with:
- Banks
- Clearing houses / market infrastructure providers
- Family offices / wealth managers
- Deep understanding of wealth management and/or capital markets workflows
- Ability to bridge business and technology (comfortable discussing Risks, APIs, data, integrations, SaaS architecture)
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
