Your responsibility

• Modernization of pricing tools (Excel-based pricing tools to governed pricing systems) to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support the overall data strategy
• Define governance processes for tool development, model maintenance, and pricing parameter
• Support and implement the group-wide data strategy, with a strong focus on user-centric data availability, quality, and accessibility
• Design and develop scalable analytics tools that empower Market Units to adopt Technical Excellence. Focus will be in Pricing (e.g., performance monitoring) and productivity (e.g., ready-to-use queries and analytics)
• Foster innovation in Technical Excellence by applying advanced analytics and AI

Your qualification

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• At least 5 years of experience in a non-life pricing function, either in an actuarial or data and analytics role
• Hands-on experience with pricing methodologies (risk modelling, tariff development) required
• Experience in model implementation and/or tool development is an advantage (* Understanding of data architecture and data governance principles * Proven experience gathering business requirements and developing data products)
• Experience in managing large-scale cross-functional projects
• Understanding of data engineering, data architecture, and data quality management principles
• Proficient in one or more programing languages, e.g., SQL, Python, R, VBA
• Fluent in English; Knowledge in Spanish, German, French or Italian is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive and innovative mindset
• Up to 40% travelling within Europe
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• > Progress toward an actuarial qualification
• > Knowledge of core insurance systems and data capture and/or ingestion processes
• > Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
