Einführung
As a production and maintenance employee, you will support a well-coordinated team to ensure that daily targets are met. In addition, you will help with the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities equipment. Our automated system transports the plants to a central production hall, where they are manually cut, cleaned, dried and trimmed for further processing. We are looking for team members who are physically fit, motivated to carry out a wide range of tasks. Opportunities for additional working hours or full-time employment are available.

Main tasks
- Support in the daily harvesting and processing of plants
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Cleaning and maintenance of production equipment
Qualifications
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Fluent in German and/or English
Physical demands
- Work indoors and outdoors in different temperatures and weather conditions
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel and work below knee height for extended periods of time
- Use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding and ramps
- Regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 20 kg
- Familiarity with various hand and power tools, and material handling equipment
