IT Senior Project Manager - Contract - Neuchatel

Our client a global pharmaceutical company is implementing a new globally governed MES platform across all its sites. The current Oracle MES platform is being replaced with a new Syncade solution.

The senior IT Project Manager is responsible for onsite Project Management activities related to the MES NextGen local project at one of their Switzerland sites. He will coordinate the project in collaboration with the Global Program/Project Manager located in the USA, the local Switzerland site IT Site Lead, and site Business PMO representative,

In his role, he/she will be in close relationship with onsite IT and Business Leadership team as well as internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The position requires strong organizational, prioritization, financial, interpersonal and communication skills, mainly with IT BPs, IT DCMs and local Business team.

Requirements :

Computer science/Information Technology degree or equivalent.

Minimum 10+ years’ experience as Sr. Project Manager in Pharma, GxP Systems Implementation from requirements to delivery of final product and documentation included.

Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science industry experience.

Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation.

Proficiency into System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV). Company methods and deliverables will apply.

Awareness of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and other Regulatory compliance requirements.

Familiar with Change Management processes and tools and regulated document authoring.

Strong accountability in driving Project Management.

Strong capability to manage Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid projects

Fluent in French and English
