We are recruiting a

Assistant Restaurant Manager - SACHI

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant

Ensure service standards.

Assist Manager with conducting daily communication meeting with staff prior to shift

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage to be able to service and up-sell the product

Visit all of our guest tables during or after their /drinkmeal, to ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate all aspects of service to include but not limited to:

Food and beverage requirements

Timing of events

Special attention guests

Table setup

Special requests

Complimentary dessert/ drinks etc.

Billing instructions

Authorized signatures

Assist Manager with the recruitment of new colleagues, training, and development.

Assist Manager with the monthly departmental meeting.

Job Requirements:

Ability to communicate in proper English & French both verbally and in writing.

Excellent overall communication skills.

Able to multi-task.

Training and coaching skills.

2 years experience in a similar position

Prior luxury experience.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, lots of flair and creativity

You will have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.

Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
