Responsibilities

As a Gastro Service team member, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently, while offering recommendations from our menu.
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or gastro service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a calm manner while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluency in German/Swiss German and intermediatel level of English mandatory. Other languages
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
