As a Key Account Manager for Italian-speaking Switzerland, you strategically manage and develop our most important business clients. Your focus is on driving growth, expanding market share, and acquiring new enterprise customers. You build long-term partnerships, identify opportunities for added value, and design tailored ICT solutions. In doing so, you collaborate closely with internal teams and guide complex sales processes from planning to contract closure.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as their trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals while protecting margin
- Lead internal teams (Presales, Engineering, Professional Services) and partners to deliver tailored ICT solutions
- Monitor account performance, profitability, and risks; ensure high client satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitors, propose innovative solutions proactively
- Manage escalations and solve client issues promptly and professionally
YOUR SKILLS:
- Extensive experience in ICT sales or Key Account Management, including managing complex B2B sales
- Proven ability to understand client business models, develop compelling value propositions, and negotiate high-value contracts
- Experience with long sales cycles, RFPs, multi-stakeholder environments, and tailored solution architectures
- Strong knowledge of ICT solutions (Cloud, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, Managed Services)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Emotional intelligence, strategic mindset, resilience, and ability to build long-term trust
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage
