In this position, you will contribute to identifying best-in-class scFvs and driving Numab’s projects towards development. You will be responsible for sequence and structure analysis for antibody engineering.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform Sanger/NGS sequence analyses and protein structure modelling using state-of-the-art in-silico methods to gain insights and guide antibody design, selection and optimization
  • Analyse in-silico and/or related experimental data sets (for example antibody xray/cryoEM/predicted structures and biophysical data sets)
  • Contribute to technology development and innovations
  • Develop/expand in-house data processing pipelines
