Reformer Pilates Trainer (20%–80%) – Olten
We are a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Olten, offering high-quality group classes in a calm and modern environment. Our mission is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and find balance through mindful movement.
We are looking for a passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
Lead Reformer Pilates classes using clear cues and safe, effective programming
Support clients of all levels, with personalized guidance and progress tracking
Create a welcoming and motivating studio atmosphere
Help maintain studio cleanliness and uphold our brand’s quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Certified in Pilates
1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (but passionate new instructors are welcome too)
Friendly, professional, and client-focused personality
German or English speaking (bonus if both)
Open to teaching evenings, weekends, and covering other instructors occasionally
Someone excited to grow with a young studio and build a loyal client base
