What you can expect- Designing and conducting ICAO/IATA (CBTA) dangerous goods training courses in accordance with the specifications of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) in Italian language, both in the classroom and in external in-house training courses
- Designing and conducting ADR dangerous goods training courses
- Creating and continuously updating training documents, course content, e-learning courses and other training-related material
- Acquisition of corporate clients and course participants
- Advising companies in the field of dangerous goods
- Participation in projects and the introduction of new products in business development
- Acceptance of mandates in air freight (CBTA) and road transport (DGSA)
- Preparation and implementation of customer audits in air freight (CBTA) and road transport (DGSA) sectors
What you bring
- You have in-depth experience in freight forwarding, logistics or aviation. This could be with a freight forwarder, in the export/freight forwarding department of a company, with a handling agent or an airline.
- Your keen interest in logistics makes it easy for you to get started in new areas of expertise.
- You preferably already have experience as a trainer and enjoy imparting knowledge.
- Training as a dangerous goods safety advisor is an advantage
- As an open and communicative person, you value customer contact and impress with your confident manner.
- You are proficient in MS Office and willing to travel within Switzerland (category B driving license) to serve various customers and locations.
- You are highly customer-oriented, a team player and flexible.
- Fluent and confident in Italian language and good English language skills round off your profile; German language skills are an advantage
