In this role, you will be a key contact for the Bern site, ensuring fast, transparent, and effective training processes. You will work from Bern alongside two colleagues and collaborate closely with a manager and team members in Denmark and Germany. Coordination will primarily take place in English via MS Teams.
The role is based in Bern, Switzerland, with the option to work from home one to two days per week and requires eligibility to work in the country.
You will report to the local Manager Operations in Global Training and Development and can expect to travel approximately 30 days per year.
Your impact
We are looking for a Training Professional (m/f/d) who has a flair for setting up structures and likes to work with standards (SOPs) to maintain and further develop the existing training systems. These include:
-
Maintaining training system elements (Veeva)
-
Coordinating and developing new training modules ("training packages" with documents and practical side-by-side training elements)
-
Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates
-
Collaborating with managers and employees across diverse professional backgrounds
-
Monitoring training progress and supporting efficient training processes
-
Coordinating and executing onboarding programs
Are you our next pioneer?
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

GxP experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or a large international manufacturing company
-
1-3 years of experience in a similar role
-
Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
