Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Restock and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies when necessary.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barman/Barmaid or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
