Sr. Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our sales force with the tools, resources, and training necessary to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, training, and enablement, with a passion for driving organizational success through effective sales enablement strategies.

On a daily basis, you will
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and processes to increase sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify key areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs to address gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Create and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate sales representatives on product knowledge, sales methodology, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve our sales effectiveness.


The skills you will demonstrate
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, technical sales experience a plus.
  • 3+ years in B2B tech software; ideally in a SaaS or subscription model
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, learning management systems).
  • Strong team-building skills, passionate about helping people grow.
  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute on those solutions.

  • Experience working in multinational organizations.
