About the job:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the process of extracting data from various internal systems, ensuring seamless integration while upholding data integrity and accuracy standards.
  • Undertaking the role of cleansing and preprocessing raw data to enhance its quality and consistency. Tasks include outlier removal, handling missing values, and standardizing formats to prepare the data for further analysis.
  • Conducting comprehensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to unveil patterns, trends, and insights within retail data, providing valuable inputs crucial for strategic decision-making within the organization.
  • Utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn in Python to craft visually compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports, and effectively communicating key findings and insights derived from the data analysis process to stakeholders.
  • Extending responsibilities to developing predictive models using various machine learning algorithms, aiming to anticipate sales trends and contribute to the formulation of commercial strategies.

About you:

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the aforementioned fields.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Team orientation and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • An innovative and creative approach whenever possible, coupled with a can-do attitude
