As a Brand Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the activation strategy for tailor-made brand activations in the HoReCa and On The Go channels across hot zones and winter regions in Switzerland. You will work hand-in-hand with our Field Sales teams, the Out Of Home Channel Marketing Team, and top creative agencies to deliver memorable experiences that elevate our brands.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with the Sales team: Partner with Sales to identify high-performing outlets, uncover new business and branding opportunities through tailormade activations, and join customer meetings to advise and align on feasible strategies.
• Develop activation plans: Design and plan outlet-specific activations and promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive sales, with a focus on Out Of Home outlets, winter regions, and support for special event marketing.
• Execution strategies: Implement activations in collaboration with the internal Activation Execution Team, external agencies, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality execution.
• Monitor and evaluate performance: Track and analyse the success of activations and campaigns (ROI), generate insights to adjust strategies, and ensure all installed activations are maintained and up to date.
• Build and maintain relationships: Establish strong relationships with Sales and customers, align on goals and execution details, and spend at least three working days per week in the field.
• Stay informed about market trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine and further develop activation strategies.
• Support cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments and agencies to ensure consistent branding and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Control administrative tasks and budget: Manage procurement, supplier orders, and material flows, while developing and overseeing activation budgets (DME and CAPEX).
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a creative brand activation role – ideally in trade marketing (corporate or agency side); additional sales experience is a plus
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines, backed by an analytical and conceptual mindset
• A creative thinker with a strong can-do attitude
• Design experience is an advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Confident, independent, proactive, and reliable way of working
• Strong design affinity combined with technical know-how – you can realistically assess the feasibility of activations and ideas
• Sales experience and/or knowledge of the Swiss out-of-home market (HoReCa sector) is an advantage
• Fluency in one national language (French or German) and English is a must
